Bio: Jeff Bredenberg

Jeff Bredenberg is an independent writer and editor with more than 25 years’ experience in publishing, including books, magazines, multimedia, online, newsletters and newspapers. He has a passion for providing information that empowers consumers. Clients include Better Homes and Gardens, The Taunton Press, Reader’s Digest, Rodale Inc. and Yankee Publishing.

Jeff’s full-time positions have included:

  1. Vice President for Content at the prize-winning Internet health portal InteliHealth.
  2. Managing Editor in the book division of Rodale Inc., where he conceptualized, wrote and edited how-to and health books.
  3. Assistant Managing Editor at the News Journal in Wilmington, Delaware, where Jeff redesigned the newspaper and supervised news, features, graphics and photo staffs.
  4. Plus, writing and editing positions at seven other newspapers, including the Chicago Sun-Times and the Rocky Mountain News.

Jeff lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two sons. He is a youth group advisor at his church and is active in Boy Scouts. Jeff is featured regularly in print media, online, on radio and on television.
